Charged $120 but never received the Nest aware services, what now?

In July of 2021 I purchased Nest Aware at first it worked for about 2 months then it stopped working, after trying to figure it out, I came here only to realize that there are countless customers who have the same issue. Now I know for a fact that my bank will reverse the charges and take it up with Nest, but I was hoping to get this issue resolved with Nest first. I will only give Nest one chance to get it right, and If I still do not have my issue fixed, I will call the bank get my refund and go to Ring. Here is the one chance to fix this issue.

Sorry to hear about that. Nest Aware won't automatically pause if the Nest Camera is not working. We can check this further. Do you have a case number or have reached out to support about this?

What do you mean, Nest aware wont automatically pause if the nest camera is not working, my nest farmers has always worked, but I am not sure what that has nothing to do with my issue, I paid 120.00 for a year of Nest Aware and I have never received Nest Aware. I would like one of two things, either refund me my $120.00 so I try ordering Nest Aware again or give me Nest Aware with starting date 4/22. Milly

I would like my $120.00 refunded to me ASAP or the one year of Nest aware you charged me for. According to Nest my subscription renews on July 2022 yet I have never had or do not have nest aware as we speak
