Resolved! Nest Aware Subscription

I signed up for the 60-day subscription today. Will I be able to see all cameras and historical video from 60 days back as of today?

Overcharged for Nest Aware Plus upgrade

Flatmate has been overcharged for an upgrade. Contacted customer care and escalated it 3 seperate times, each time saying they are correct. Stop stealling from us and fix your billing system.

Cancelled my subscription

Resolved! No 24/7 video history anymore

I had 24/7 video history for the past 4 years and all the sudden my subscription got canceled without notice. When I called to see why my cameras weren't working I was told my subscription ran out. After renewing it the only video history I could get...
