The Nest repeatedly is saying "There was a problem connecting to the Nest service. Try again in a few minutes". I have deleted the app and forced it to stop, I have tried deleted my Nest home from Google Home, and the same message "there was a problem connecting to Google" I have bought Nest Aware for 1 years subscription. This has been going on for a 3-4 weeks,
It´s the same problem whit the browser, It takes to long to connect and then It wants me too add a home, I already added a home. Whats the problem?

Hello, I still have the same issue, I have restarted everything deleted the Google Home app and the Nest app. I even factory restarted the phone. Same problem whit the browser, can`t connect to my Nest account. The same problem still exists: problem connecting to the Nest home and Google Home, I can't even delete my Home from the app, the same message, problem connecting to Google.
I ve created a new email account and a new Nest home, with no problem at all.

Hello, this problem has nothing to do whit the hardware, problem is that i can`t login to my Nest account whit my user ID. In case It is Nest Aware that the problem? Well It is difficult to rest anything when I cant login to my account
It seems that my user ID i stuck in a server or the server can not respond to It. Problem connecting to Nest service, try again later! Problem connecting to Google, try again later!

I saw that response, I do hava a question. Now that my Nest Aware is yousless and I have paid 1 years subscription. Can I change the Nest Aware subscription to a nother account/ user ID?

Hi KMF.
I am afraid there is no transfer option available. Only to cancel the current subscription, and start it on a different account. Terribly sorry for the inconvenience.
Best Regards,
Brad.

Hello Nest team. I also am having the same difficulty, running the (current) Nest app on a 1st gen 11 inch iPad pro. I receive repeated error messages in the app. I have logged out and logged back in, reinstalled the app, and attempted to log on via a browser. All attempts fail. My Nest ecosystem includes a 1st gen Nest thermostat, an outdoor wired Nest camera, and a new wireless outdoor camera, which the Nest app does not seem to detect (it is viewable in the Google Home app).
It should be noted that the Nest app works great on my android phone. It fails in ios and via browser. Please advise with a solution.
