After wasting 40 minutes this morning trying to find a copy of my subscription I am reduced to asking for help on this site. I have read many posts, all expressing similar frustrations regarding this issue. Why would you make this SOOOOOOOO difficult? I am sure that is a simple link that will provide a simple solution, but it is buried thru your circular site hyperlinks. My company uses this for work and in general, we are very happy with the camera system, but holy **bleep**, could you try to be a little more user-friendly on the billing side. Also, I did not receive any notice that the subscription was about to renew. Poor form.

You can see and manage your Nest Aware subscription in the Google Nest or Google Home apps or online by going to your subscriptions.
Nest Aware subscriptions renew automatically. Renewals are billed to your on-file payment method every month or year, based on the billing cycle you first selected.

We are on the first generation of Nest. At one point, converted over to a Google sign-on versus a nest sign-on. When I click on the link (your subscriptions" as provided, it is asking providing information about upgrading my account. I just want the bill.

Also, when I sign into the Google Store, under the gmail account we are using for the nest cameras, it shows that I do not have any subscriptions.

If you're confident you're logged into the account that should have your Nest Aware subscription associated with it, I'd recommend that you contact the Google Nest support team. They'll be able to check on troubleshooting options and next steps with you.

For any of those that have the same issue. I have been a customer of Nest since 2018. In August 2019, Google drove former Nest clients to a Google sign-in, versus the Nest login. So today, my Google store does not show the annual fee, and I am no longer able to sign into Nest to get a copy of my bill. Amazing that they can get the charge right, but I can not access it. To remedy this, I have switched over to the latest Nest Aware. Supposedly, it will save my company money as well. Hoping I get my refund as promised on 1st generation Nest Aware.
