I didn’t realize my account was being deleted because my auto payment didn’t go through. I forgot completely that the card expired and this is critical, I am in the middle of a nightmare and video recorded just this past Saturday is critical!!! I had no idea, I received an email and completely forgot, theirs been chaos and I failed to remember to fix this! I’ve had subscriptions for years, but this video from the last 2 months and what clips were saved are irreplaceable! Please help!

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. If the payment for your Nest Aware subscription didn't get through, it doesn't mean your account will get deleted. You just have to update your credit card and remove the expired card then subscribe again to the subscription. You may subscribe via our Google Store web page. If your account was already migrated, you may use your Google Home app to subscribe.
Give these steps a try:
In addition to subscribing through Google Store, you can subscribe to Nest Aware through the Google Home app during or after an unpaid 30-day trial.
Note: Nest Aware subscriptions through the Google Home app are only available on Android devices. If you don't have an Android device, you can subscribe through Google Store.
6. Choose your Nest Aware plan.
7. Choose between monthly or yearly billing.
8. Review your purchase. Then, tap Subscribe.
Once video history or snapshots have expired, they are deleted. Deleted video history and snapshots can't be recovered.
