My original post is locked so I can no longer reply to it.
I am still being given the run around by Google with this after months. I was told they couldn't find the transactions and that I should follow up with my credit card company. I did as suggested and they said they couldn't dispute the transactions because it's over a long period of time. I'm at the point now where I will follow up with consumer affairs in my state if this isn't resolved asap. How have Google got so bad? This is beyond ridiculous!

I was bill in April for my yearly Nest subscription $263.40. Then they said if you don't migrate to Nest Aware you will lose everything. So I migrated and now they tell me I need a NEW subscription but refuse to refund the $263.40. They said they canceled the subscription but can not give me a refund!!! This is a total SCAM by Google, or they just don't know what they are doing
