GOOGLE DOESN'T REMEMBER...

lavender
Community Member

I cannot find where to get an answer so I am posting here. When I ask Google: What is on my (Google) calendar it says "Sorry I can't find anything on your calendar that matches that." It used to know! Now I have to ask it this was WHAT' EVENTS ARE ON MY CALENDAR" and tells me only 3 and that's it. If I ask about another month it just keeps thinking.  Also doesn't remember ALARMS I'VE SET FOR WORK" which is important. What's the problem with this thing? It's used to work perfectly now it forgets, it doesn't change genre when I ask, when I say stop playing music it does not stop but the worst thing is that he does not work properly!  PLEASE HELP 🥺

Hi @lavender

Do you see this issue in a specific Google hardware product? Could you provide the product where you see this issue?

Do you see this problem with your mobile device? If this is the case > check in the community for Google Assistant: https://support.google.com/assistant/community?hl=en

ZOLO GOOGLE ASSISTANT only. My cell is not affected. I can't rely on ZOLO for remembering important things. 😊

Hey folks,

Thanks for sharing details about the issue here. I appreciate @AndroiFy for helping here.

I know how challenging it is when something is not working on your device. To confirm, what Google Home/Nest device do you have? When did the issue start? Also, what are the troubleshooting steps that you've done?

Looking forward to your response.

Cheers,

Muddi
