Google nest aware

Google…I literally don’t know what else to do.  I have repeatedly asked you to cancel my OLD nest aware subscription.  I have now paid for it for 13 months at $5 in which it is still not cancelled!  I even called yet again last month where I was promised it was taken care of. But again charged $5 for a service I don’t use. I don’t expect help from the community but calling, email and chatting isn’t working. I have several case numbers. But that still doesn’t matter. Please just cancel my extra nest aware and refund me the last 12 (almost 13) months at $5 per month. I already pay $6 for my new home. Which I want to keep. But please please just cancel this old subscription and refund me for your negligence to cancel. I would love to cancel on my account but it doesn’t seem to exist beyond a monthly bill.  Help!

The latest is a “response within 24 hours”. Well I have gotten that same response the last several times. Seriously. Just cancel because I cannot do it!!!
