I tried to pay for Nest Aware for 3 cameras on Google Pay. I submitted my ID and the form 5 weeks ago. Still, "In Process". There is a Case ID for "Payments Compliance". If I owe Google money, can't they just let me know so I can take care of this and get the service I need?
Sometimes people depend on their cameras and video for important security matters. If I can't get this resolved what use are the two new cameras that I just purchased?
Doesn't seem to be a human being I can talk to about this.
