How do I renew my subscription

Hi Penny I'm not sure if you are having a issue or not, You can just go to the google store, then click on subscriptions on the top. scroll down to nest aware or aware plus. or just hit the link.

If your subscription has expired, you can still renew through the Google Store, Nest Aware. Unfortunately, like many long time customers, you will lose ALL PAST FOOTAGE. Your renewal DATE will be the start of your recovery footage & depending on what level subscription, you will see some unfortunate changes in the new options.

I am glad to hear that you renewed your Nest Aware Subscription! You should start seeing that information again. But you would lose whatever you had before you subscribed. Is that the case with you?
