Because I never use my Gmail account I didn't see the one email telling me that my subscription would be cancelled as my card had expired.
I've now taken out a new Nest Aware subscription to get recordings but I've just realised 24/7 recordings are no longer included in Nest Aware and I have to pay double to upgrade to Nest Aware Plus. Very frustrating, especially as I can't see where I can do this.
Please can someone tell me how I convert the Nest Aware subscription I created yesterday into Nest Aware Plus?
