I’m dum founded with how complicated Nest has become. Admittedly, I have two homes. My main home and a small college house for the kids. But still. I literally cannot find my subscription status on either house, or how to renew on the main home which seems to have expired because we can no longer see historical events or alerts. But in trying to renew our expired subscription for the Mrs, I literally can’t find in Nest or Google Home app where it clearly shows my subscription status, or subscription. expiration dates (date for both homes has always been different). Or an option for how to renew. It’s shocking. Either I’m missing something obvious, or Google/Nest has simply become way too complicated to be an effective option any longer.

We can access our Nest Aware Plus subscription on the page below. (I have to be logged into my Google Account on my browser.) The name of our Google Nest "home/structure" is displayed when I click on our subscription. I'm not sure how it works if you have more than one Google Nest "home/structure".
