We recently moved into a new house and will no longer be using Nest. However, Nest managed to charge my credit card for the Annual Subscription before giving me the chance to select if I want the annual or simply cancel service altogether. We no longer have the cameras as we were required to use a totally different service in our community. Can you please advise how best to request for even partial refund (11 out of 12 mos)?
