I have 2 wired good nest indoor cameras, that I’ve paid twice already for a nest aware subscription (had no idea how to relink them when I moved) for these, now I have updated my internet at the house because my old equipment couldn’t cut it for all of my devices. I removed and readded both camera to my nest app and they’re not linking to my nest aware subscription. I can’t figure out how to get them back on it and I’m not going to pay another $60 for a third time. Can anyone please help explain this to me? And it appears I’m already migrated as it doesn’t ask me to do so in the account settings. Not sure how to tell what gen cameras I own

Hi there I’m having exact same problem with having 3 nest iq camera in my garden but only have 1 with nest aware so I need obviously everything to be recorded 24-7 and that’s the whole point of having them so can you please let us know if you get any further and we’ll do the same if we get any luck and let you know 👍🏻 Thanks

Yes please indo still need help. I can't tell if I managed to transfer them successfully or not. There's no clear directions anywhere on how to do this or even how to check and make sure they're on the correct account.

Hey folks,
Nest Aware covers all available Cameras. Please look over this article for more information. Try to Factory Reset your cameras, remove them and add them back and check to see if Nest Aware is working.

I moved and am having the same problem. I have an indoor and an outdoor nest. Neither are recording video. They were migrated to Google. Cannot add a subscription. I have two other homes and both of those have nest aware subscriptions. I have recorded video before moving. I cannot figure out how to get them connected to a subscription. (BTW. All 6 of my cameras should be able to be on one subscription instead of buying 3 subscriptions) But regardless of having to buy 3 subscriptions. I need video recording on this new home. It says i cannot add it.
