The Nest Aware subscription signup page is broken

When I try to sign up, I get all the way through selecting a plan and then it redirects back to the "learn more" page. Please fix this. I've tried from iPad, iPhone, and chrome browser on MacOS. This is really annoying and I'm losing history.

Cannot Cancel Nest Aware

I am being charged for a Nest Aware subscription ($130) that I do not have. There is nothing linked to my account on google or the nest app. I cannot seem to get ahold of anyone to help resolve this issue but my credit card remains being charged.
