I just got an email to say my subscription had been cancelled presumably using an expired credit card. I had no warning just an email to say my account had been cancelled and video history deleted. Pretty poor customer service. I can’t see how to renew on the app either.

Literally been trying for 24 minutes as well. Can’t renew subscription! Is it cause my cam is from 2017??

This is honestly, the biggest load of crap out there. They acquired millions of Nest users and can't service them. Wow.
