Hub Max not recognizing faces besides the main user

I've just started the trial period of Nest Aware with my Google Hub Max. I've registered all my family members to our group through invites, they have completed steps for facial and voice recognition. I've unplugged the device, waited a minute, then restarted. I've chosen the setting to show personal information to each individual.

Noone's face is being recognized but mine, which had been functioning fine these past months. But I'm not the only one who lives here.

There are no faces under the "Familiar faces" category in the Home/Nest Aware setting. We have plenty of photos of each of us in Google Photos, if that should help. Nothing is working, I've scoured for answers here but still stuck.

This shouldn't be this hard...

Hi! I had the same issue. I could see the nest cam AND the nest hub cam on my home app, but my wife couldn't. Plus, the hub max wouldn't recognize her face. So all I did was to kick her out of the home (setting/household/select account), and reinvite her. Everything worked perfectly after that. She lost all her routines in the process, but it fixed the issue!

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the response, seems counterintuitive but I'll try it! Gotta love the good ol unplug it and plug it back in again fix.
