Today my nest subscription runs out and I am trying to update the card details in my google account. It wont let me add/remove/update a card thats associhated with me Nest aware.
Been on the chat for an hour with this issue.
It looks like the expired card needs removeing from my account as it is the primary payment card for the nest.

HI Anders,
I have a Nest Aware Plus subscription I dont know if its a gen 1 or 2. I have tried updating the card everywhere but get to the same problem each time. The expired card is associated (primary card) with the subscription so it wont let me move or update it. I cannot cancel the subscription either.

Hi @Gapti,
Thank you for replying and for the picture showing the error you're getting from the Google Store. This also confirms you have Nest Aware (2nd Gen).
Based on the error you're getting, I recommend you try with a different browser and from a different phone or computer to see if you continue getting the same error message.
