I have paid for Nest Aware and my credit card was charged $6.00 on 9/22/21 but I no longer have video history. Help, nest aware is not working even though I have been charged for it

I have the same issue- I am not at the house as it is about 2 hours from my primary residence. I can see live view but no history despite having paid for the year for the aware service.
