Nest Aware Charges

I have TWO cameras that are paid for annually. I had a problem resetting the cameras after an Internet upgrade. Google support helped me get them working again. I have now received a notice that I need to resubscribe to Nest Aware. I am being charged...

Net aware subscription

Hi I can’t find my subscription. Found it in Google pay but my bell is not recording events and/ I can’t find it?

Video surveillance

I used to be able to view all my activity not just the clip crap that doesn't start recording until the end of something. Now I see I have to upgrade to nest aware plus but it doesn't give me the option to upgrade anywhere.

Can not cancel Nest

hithe nest just keep charging me $130 dollars when the service is no longer provided on my model. what is going on? I follow the help center there. there is no way to cancel.
