I just created a new Nest Aware account with the intent of upgrading to the Nest Aware Plus subscription. After I did that yesterday my account still does not allow me to choose 24/7 video history. The only option I'm allowed to choose is 3-hour event video history. The camera is a brand new Google Nest Battery camera so I should also be able to turn on familiar face detection but the camera isn't showing up as a compatible device.

Anybody experiencing a similar situation?

I solved it so posting here just in case it helps anybody else in the future. I toggled my subscription choice and that fixed my account on the back end.
