I’ve been over charge for my monthly subscription an need help.

I need to get a hold of someone, to get helped on why I am been over charge for my monthly renew. All I keep getting is messages to links that don’t give an answer on why. Does anyone have an actual phone number to contact them. I’m getting really tired of this links that take me nowhere.

Unfortunately, Google Nest does not publish Support phone numbers. You can try the "Contact Us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

On the "Resources page, just click on "Next step" without selecting any of the Help topics to get you to the Contact Options page, where there should be a phone callback option.

It doesn’t work. I’ve tried that already. Send me a like to there customer service. So some one can actually help. The link you sent me I’ve tried a million ways to do it, and it takes me nowhere. It only lets you click on so many options before it doesn’t let you do anything else anymore.

That's the only way I know of to contact Support; I'm just another customer.

I just tried the link again.

On the "Contact Us" page I selected "Nest Aware" and entered "Overbilling" and clicked "Next".

Then I selected "Payment or billing issue" and clicked "Next step".

Then, under "Resources", I did not click on anything except "Next step".

I got this page:
