Issues with Google Nest Doorbell Gen 2

Since this device has been out, I have found consistent issues that were not present with the original Nest Doorbell camera.  And, if it wasn't for Google sunsetting technology so quickly, I would've chosen to re-buy the original. I have indoor and outdoor IQ cameras all linked with the original familiar faces.  When setup the new Gen 2 doorbell, it automatically registered and saw the familiar faces.

Issues discovered:

1. Playback via app (since you can't view from a computer anymore) starts, then stops and spins.  Only way to really see the video is to download it.

2. Facial recognition is the worst I have ever seen and completely useless.  It announces people that are no where near the correct person. It think my daughter is my son (vice-versa) random people come to the door and it thinks its one of my other friends or father-in-law.  If someone is wearing a hat/sunglasses , it thinks its one of the familiar faces. Today it thought my wife was my son. All of these issues were non-existent in the original Nest doorbell.

3. There is something going on weird with zones, announcing things that it shouldn't

Google, please fix these things. The facial recognition is the most frustrating issue.

The problem is that you say you are looking for ways to improve. making a product that doesn't work is not a way to improve.  Start with a functioning product then improve with features.  You took something what worked and broke it. It keeps notifying us of wrong people at the door, and playback stops seconds into playing.  Even my non technical family said the original nest was better.
