New home came with nest products and worked fine 30 days up and aware service gone and I can’t play back videos? Is that how it’s supposed to be if so what a useless product.

I'm just another Google Nest customer. With the newer Google Nest cameras (those that work ONLY in the Google Home app), you get event video history free for the most recent three hours. For more coverage or for other cameras, you need a Nest Aware ($60/year) or Nest Aware Plus ($120/year) subscription:

@Thisisdoodoo I'm sorry to hear if you can't play your recorded videos. If you have the new version of Nest camera or doorbell, it comes with a free 3 hrs event video history and if it's the old version, it doesn't have that, but it can still detect an event and take a snapshot of it.
