Just still images, no stored video

When I started with the free trial I could see video clips of persons who were identified at the door.  During the trial period I subscribed for storage, but now all I see are still images and never see stored video. I have confirmed the wifi setup

Thanks very much for your response.  My video playback now works just fine.  I can't say what did it -- I deleted and reinstalled the Nest app, deleted and reinstalled the doorbell (after figuring out where to find the six-digit code, which is impossibly small), and restarted everything.  Or maybe it's just that I had originally tried to subscribe on my iPhone, and maybe it didn't work until I did it over on the Google Store (although I think I've ended up paying for Nest Aware twice).  In any case, the video now works!

I have this same issue. I hate to delete everything. Is there an easier way?
