Lost Nest Aware subscription

I deleted my nest home due to security issues.  I was able to restart my devices after resetting all of them and they are back in my account but my nest aware subscription is gone.  I want to reestablish my nest aware account with my devices.  

Ihave a separate issue.  My old drop cam is now worthless unless I can find an app compatible with my 32 bit system.  Is there an update for the old drop-cam software?

Thanks for reaching out. Quick question: do you have a Dropcam HD or Dropcam Pro? When you delete the home structure your Nest Aware becomes a hanging subscription that can be activated in the new home structure. 


Here’s how:

  1. Open the Google Home app .
  2. Select the home structure that they want to apply the hanging subscription on.
  3. Go Settings > under Features, tap Nest Aware.
  4. On the next screen, tap Apply to apply the hanging subscription to the home structure. 
  5. After you applied the hanging subscription, you’re taken to the Nest Aware setup screens where you can finish the Nest Aware features setup.

Note: Make sure you’re signed in with the account you used to purchase the subscription. Select the account profile icon "", then select the correct account.
