For the past year I keep seeing this message on my subscriptions page 

 

any idea why?

Thank you for posting in the community. I understand you're getting a migration issue message every time you go to your subscriptions page. I'm happy to help.

Could you please confirm if you have a current Nest Aware 1st Gen or 2nd Gen subscription active?

Additionally, please confirm if you previously transferred your Nest Account to a Google Account.
