I have a measly 4 cameras at 2 different locations. I pay for a Nest Aware Plus subscription.
When I set up the 2 cameras and a second location, there is no prompting or messaging to advise that this second location will not be covered by my Nest Aware Plus subscription.
So I go ahead, create another location, pair the cameras and everything is great, except I don't get the full 24/7 recordings for this other location.
Finally take the time to reach out to support only to find out my $160 annual fee only covers one location. I can pair all 4 cameras to the one location and then move them if I want and I know I'll get the full service on all 4 cameras, but if I associate them with the second 'home' I lose out?
This is nuts. Right up there with not being able to provide feedback through a browser - only through the app on my phone or tablet.
Bye bye Google Nest Aware Plus and Google One. Over $300 a year for these services which I can replicate elsewhere easily.
Sad that Google has messed Nest up so badly.

Hi there,
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, as I can imagine it has been an inconvenience. I would love to look into this further for you. I am afraid that you would need a separate Nest Aware subscription per Home/structure. You can learn how to purchase a subscription for your second account here.
Best regards,
Brad
