My New Credit Card Payment was rejected

I finally figured out how to add a new credit card number and then I get an email from Nest saying it was rejected. The card has thousands of dollars available on it and I triple checked to make sure I added the correct number. Where can I go to get assistance and speak with someone to confirm the credit card number and find out why it was rejected?

Unfortunately, Google Nest does not seem to publish support phone numbers.

You could try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" to (they say): "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
