NEST Camera User Needing Billing History

I am beyond frustrated with Google. All I want to do is see my Nest Camera billing history and I just spent an insane amount of time looking for it and then on the phone with "support." They cannot tell me where my billing history lives, how much I'm paying, or anything! I have an account and they verified it, but billing information apparently lives NOWHERE! Can anyone tell me how to access my billing history???!

If we go to the Subscription Management page below and click on our Nest Aware Plus subscription, and then select "View payment history", we get a page showing our transactions for the last 3 years, and if we then click on "View transactions", we get a history going back to 2020, when we first purchased our Nest Aware Plus subscription.

I don't know how to access our 1st gen Nest Aware subscription history for 2019, but I have emails from 2019 from the "Nest Store" on our original 1st gen subscriptions.

  • Purchasing, canceling, or changing your Nest Aware subscription
  • Updating or changing your credit card on file for billing
  • Questioning a Nest Aware charge that appears on your statement

Thank you for caring. I finally found my Nest billing history at store.nest.com/account/orders. I don't have a google Home account, I'm not even sure what Google Home has to do with my Nest account. Also, I don't want to set up a new subscription. I pay for Nest to store my camera footage for 5 days. I don't want to pay for any new subscriptions, so I'm not sure why I'm being directed there. Would love to know. Thanks.

@Kobi2, that's awesome. We truly appreciate your update. We're glad to know that you're able to find it yourself. That means you have the 1st gen of Nest Aware, where you pay the subscription to each of your Nest devices while the 2nd gen will cover all of your Nest devices under 1 subscription.

This is where I'm lost. I don't know the difference between Nest Aware Plus and 1st Generation. I'm not sure what I have, but I don't even have access to log into the "subscription management" page. My Nest log in doesn't work for that. After a day of digging and clicking and trying everything, I finally found my billing history at store.nest.com/account/orders and then under order history. Why this isn't streamlined and all in one location is beyond me! Thanks for your help though!
