NEST HUB NEXT GEN

I have two Next Gen next hubs.  The bedroom one does not recognise calendar events.

Thank you for reaching out. I understand the importance of calendars, let's look into this issue together. I would be more than happy to help. First, I have some quick questions.

  • Is this a new issue? Were both of your Google Nest Hubs able to show calendar events before?
  • Are you Google Nest Hubs linked to the same Google Account and calendar?
  • How is the Google Nest Hub unable to recognize calendar events? Is it giving you any error messages?
  • What does the device display?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

Issue from start. Nest hub states nothing on calendar when there are two events.  Also states that doesn't have access to all calendars.  Have tried a couple of times to make sure calendars accessible.

Have two Nest hubs - one in kitchen (works perfectly) the one in main bedroom doesn't pick up calendars.  Mini in spare bedroom  ok,  Google home in lounge ok.

Hi Jake,  still need help.  kitchen hub all okay when asked what events coming up.  informs you of first 3. bedroom hub states no events and doesn't have access to all calendars on that device.
