Just got a nest doorbell and the facial recognition is tagging faces in the wrong people. When I try to move the face to the correct person, it gives no option to move to the correct person or add a new person, only the option to delete the face. Why is this? I've seen other forums stating the same thing and google doesn't seem to want to fix it. This seems to me that it would be a rather straight forward developer fix. I mean, I can do it in google photos, why can't I do it in Nest Aware face recognition. Its pretty ridiculous that there isn't an option for this. This needs to be added yesterday!

Of course I do. No solutions have been given. No changes in software have been updated. It's the same thing. No responses by Google staff have come through except your repeated question of asking if I still need assistance. Why hasn't there been someone to actually address the issues at hand?

I totally understand your frustrations, but this is not a direct support avenue. This is a Community Forums meant for you and your fellow community members to ask questions and help each other out. Community Specialists are moderators over these forms, but we do not offer direct support like you would if you contact a call center. I would suggest that if you need further assistance, contact Support for it.
Best regards,
Brad.
