Recently, I have gone on vacation and hid my wallet in a room where I have set up a Google camera. Due to the 30 event history deletion feature, I can no longer look back at the footage and see where I have put it. Could I temporarily get access to footage 37 days ago? P.S, I am using a different Google account for my Nest subscription.

Unfortunately, you cannot retrieve it.
Google Nest says "All video history is deleted on a rolling basis. This means that, depending on the Nest Aware subscription you have, older saved video is deleted from the cloud after a certain number of days." (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9681538)
I suspect it would be unethical and/or illegal for Google Nest to retain history beyond the period we've authorized them to do so.

So there is no way possible for me to get back the footage? If I upgraded my subscription to the one that has 2 months of history, will I be able to see the footage?

When you purchase a Nest Aware subscription, your video history starts with the date and time at which you purchased the subscription. Google Nest is not recording our video history without our authorization (via a subscription).
