With Nest aware plus, why is it slow or not able to load 24/7 video? Sometime it works fairly fast but many/most times it is very slow or does not load beyond event recordings. Have fast broadband on my end. Is there a way to make this work better/faster? The reality is that the event function does not capture many items that want to check on — e.g., what the mystery trespasser does after the event stops recording.

This seems especially true with the new vertical timeline in the new version of the Google Home app. A couple of days ago, I used the calendar icon to select a date in May, and gave up when the wheel was still spinning after 5 minutes. Yesterday I tried again and it took about a minute.

Does anyone help around here? I have paid for my subscription a week ago and it doesn't work. This help center is ridiculous. Is there a number to call?
