Nest Aware Advertising

Why am I seeing ads when I log into my Nest Aware?  Asking me to subscribe when I'm already a subscriber!!!!  Extremely annoying!

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. 

  • Are you sure you're subscribed to Nest Aware? I would double check, though if you are logged into an email that is not associated with your Nest/Google products, that could be why it is telling you to sign up.

Hi Brad - So yes I only get the subscribe to Nest Aware on my web browser!  The app works just fine. I am already a subscriber so I'm not sure what the deal is with the web browser.

Are you trying to view your footage on the Web Browser? Or are you just seeing ads on the internet for it? I can't help you with removing the ads, but if you have Nest Aware already, then I wouldn't worry about seeing it on the web browser. Please let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with.
