Nest Aware Plus Not Working

I have purchased nest aware plus a total of 3 times over the last 6 hours and have not been able to get the subscription to show up using the nest app, or the google home app, OR logging in on a laptop to my nest account.  Each method of logging in advertises nest aware to see my history.  I've gone through the proper course to purchase nest aware, because the only way to purchase is by going through the google account.  I've done that, and have the email purchase receipt for each time I subscribed.  I don't have perks of any aware subscription, the subscriptions don't show up on my subscriptions tab under my google email account and I know i've been billed...3 times now.

 

I've made sure that all my devices are online and actively working using the google home app.  All of my devices except my google home register on the nest app.  All of my devices except the google home appear when I log in to my account on my laptop.
