I just got autorenewed for two nest aware subscriptions. I don’t need one of them anymore and cannot even locate the camera that was under that subscription. We moved.
I canceled the subscription and instead of offering me a refund it says I have service for another year but that it won’t auto renew next year. I don’t want to pay for a year for a device I can’t even locate and I’m not using.
I have been all over this site trying to find a way to actually contact someone in customer service and there is no direct way. It’s infuriating.
I would keep the 2nd Nest Aware subscription if they would refund for the one I canceled. If I don’t get the refund I will be canceling my other membership. Please contact me if you would like to keep me as a Google customer.

You could try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

Thanks but this didn’t work. I cannot believe how difficult it is to contact someone who actually works at Google. I’m really unimpressed with their customer experience. I hope someone from Google reaches out.
