Nest Aware believes I'm not home/emergency calling

Nest Aware has been sending me notifications constantly for last three days telling me emergency calling is off. When I try to turn it on it tells me that it looks like I'm not at home when I am. All permissions are on, confirmed my address is correct in settings, Ive restarted my phone multiple times, and Nest Aware still gives me this message and sends more and more notifications. I tried on my partner's iphone and the same thing happens, so it's clearly not app/platform related. None of troubleshooting steps I can find help, and Google has not responded to the support request I sent the day before yesterday.

Ok, I've submitted again. I did not include the community thread name previously because I assumed my email and user name would be sufficient. I'm hoping the 4th time is the charm...
