Hi,
We have previously signed up for a nest aware subscription paying monthly which has being debited for multiple months. This month we have lost all access to a video history and Nest aware features and the money still has being taken from our account.
How do I contact Nest Australia by phone? The number keeps saying it's closed.

Google now owns Nest Aware. Try https://store.google.com for subscription plans.
unfortunately, you will lose all past footage if a lapse in subscription or if there was a change in payment info. I’m miffed at the changes. Good Luck down under.
