I've had nest aware for a few years now for the same camera, moved addresses a couple of times. I was just double charged for a nest aware subscription. I paid recently for my new address last month. Then tonight I get a random email saying I was charged again, but this time for double what I already paid, for an address I don't use, under the same exact account that I already have a subscription under. When I tried to manage the account, I was only meet with the option to cancel the subscription. Can't find anything anywhere that will let me speak to someone or request a refund for this useless charge. A billion dollar company doesn't have a customer service line? I hope google reaches out soon other wise I'm going to have to just dispute the charge with my card. I can't and won't recommend and google products after this horrible customer service experience.

These steps have worked for us to contact Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
