Hi everyone, I have posted recently about the Nest Aware migration error problem still happening in 2025. I am pretty sure I am dealing with AI responses - why ask for device models and serial numbers, versions of all hardware and software when it is a simple pricing issue? They seem happy to string things along indefinitely.
Google Nest get your house in order - I have been dealing with Google Senior Support for 5 months and no solution.
Please stay away from Google Nest and their proprietary system - not ideal to have your security camera video come to you via the internet when your cameras are already at home!
