I received the Nest Monthly/Weekly report, but it is also being sent to an email for my ex. I need to remove her email but there is absolutely no trace of it in my account that I can find. It is clearly on the email as a CC, but I have tried to find it anywhere in my account and I have found nothing. I need the access removed and deleted from my account but all of the locations suggested do not show me any details. I don't want to turn off the reports but I did for now. I also don't want to completely delete the account and start over. Please tell me how to delete the email from my reports.

This is due to them being set up as a Home Member. You will need to remove their access and it can only be done via the Home App:
