My Nest Hub Max doesn't do facial recognition!
I'm subscribed to Nest Aware just to make that clear and my Nest Cam (indoor) and doorbell do record and do facial recognition (familiar faces).
The Nest Hub Max says it's registered in an area where facial recognition is banned by law.
Well it's not. I live in Denmark and all my other devices do the job just fine. How do I fix this, does the Nest Hub not know which country it's in?

I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you. Let me help you out. Just a few questions: Have you double-checked the address on your home structure? Did you try doing a factory reset on your Nest Hub Max? If not, here is a link on how to factory reset your Nest Hub Max.

I have done a factory reset, about a month ago and that did not help. I will try it again.
The home address is correct and is the same for all my Google Nest things.
