Have been advised that Nest Secure will cease to work in April 2024, and have now spent at a minimum FOUR days trying to get Google to honor the free "ADT self Install package" or the "$200 gift certificate". It has been impossible, going around and around in circles, Google Nest tells me it is a Google Store issue, Google Store tells me it is a Google Nest issue. You spend hours on the phone being validated, and dealing with call centers overseas and after two or three hours on the phone end up exactly back where you started. It is pathetic.
