I have an annual Nest Aware subscription that renews every June. For the last month I haven’t been able to see any video that’s over 3 hrs so it seems my subscription is not linked to my house any longer. Very frustrating as I need to see my place.
Can someone please let me know what I need to do to connect my subscription?
