My best aware is not playing back any of my videos like it use to. I can
get into live mode but no history. I have confirmed my subscription is

Need help with an old nest thermostat as I can’t login to nest account
as my password is not longer recognized and nest won’t let me change it,
so I can’t migrate and can longer use the thermostat
I paid for nest aware plus yesterday and it is not working please
advise. I have it on my home computer and my family has the apps on
their phone and theirs is not keeping the recording more than 5 to 6
