Google has to do something. I have been chased all over google and nest platforms to update my subscription. I am unable to update any credit card or add any other payment methods. We have spent numerous hours trying to get this rectified. This has been such a chore and with the amount of hours I have into this I am thinking of dropping the Nest completely. AI isn't the answer. Someone on the other end of the phone to help work through the problems would be a blessing.

You could try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
