Nest Thermostat E

My communication on my 1st message shut down early…Hence, checked our Nest E Thermostat via WIFI, says it is not connected. Does anyone have a “simple” solution on how to re-connect from out of town???

Hey Pandorfmarilyn2, 

Sorry for the delay here but I'm afraid that in order to reconnect back an offline Nest thermostat to the network, you need to be on the same location where the device. This is because you need your phone connected to the same Wi-Fi network where you'll be reconnecting your thermostat to.
