The mic is off, the mic is on

My google home is constantly saying the mic is off/on when I don’t touch the switch…waking me up in the middle of the night, I can’t take it anymore! Tried factory reset, still doing it, I’m out of options. Help!!!

H72 error on app but thermontat working!

Help please. I can no longer control the heating via my nest app or Google home.Google home says device online but it is definitely on and connected to WiFi.Nest app says error code h72 but thermostat is on!
