Signed up for nest aware but it doesn’t work. A little help, google?

My subscription to Nest Aware shows as active, but I cannot locate any history beyond 4 hours back. Please advise what’s next.

Yes. Nest aware does nothing, unless I’m using it incorrectly. My cameras still have no history. Can you assist?

The only cause I know of for what you are reporting is if your Nest Aware subscription is for a different Google Nest "home/structure" than the one where your camera is located.
Did you have the chance to check what the system shows for your subscription, using the links I posted a month ago?
You could try the "Contact Us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

Yes, and I finally ended up in about an hour conversation with Google Support, and the dude figured it out. Turns out I do have 2 accounts under different email login addresses. Long story short, it all works now. Thanks for your help, appreciate you. Gregg
